Halloween arrived early for the Lions and the college football game I can’t wait to see Saturday

The Michigan Wolverines disposed of the Michigan State Spartans 29-7 at the Big House.

The Spartans could not stop the running game, especially Blake Corum. How about 177 yards of rushing by Mr. Corum and two touchdowns?

The Michigan kicker was extremely busy as Jake Moody kicked five field goals. I would say if there was one flaw in the Michigan victory it was the fact they kicked too many field goals. I can tell Michigan football fans, this team will not beat Ohio State by settling for three points. The Wolverines need to figure out how to punch it for six or it will be a long day in Columbus, Ohio.

We all know by now the tunnel incident was one ugly situation following the football game. The Michigan guy Ja’Den McBurrows was pushed and shoved by some Michigan State football players. The Michigan State Spartans have suspended eight players from the football team following the video evidence. I have a sneaky suspicion that we have not heard the end of this story. I hate to see stuff like this at the end of games. It looks so bad on any program who participates in this type of behavior.

The Michigan win moves them to 8-0 and the loss drops Michigan State to 3-5. The Michigan State Spartans travel to Illinois for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on Saturday. The Michigan Wolverines will head to Rutgers for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on Saturday night.

I want to say there is one game I am highly anticipating on Saturday, and that’s the Tennessee and Georgia clash at 3:30 p.m. with both teams at 8-0. Can Rocky Top Tennessee pull off the victory? I think the Tennessee Vols have a serious shot to win! Stay tuned.

The Detroit Lions played a game of trick or treat one day before Halloween. The treat was a quick 14-0 lead over the Miami Dolphins. The trick — as normally performed by the Lions — was to lose the lead and the game. I ask, how much can a fan base endure over their lifetime?

The Lions defensive backs went as ghosts on Sunday playing like they had sheets over their respective helmets. How can Miami receivers be running free as birds down the field? Man, the Lions’ secondary stinks! I have been around pig pens that smell better than the secondary of Detroit.

How about the offense putting up ZERO POINTS in the second half? I say, absolutely ridiculous!

I think that is three straight Sundays with zero points in the second half. Oh, but wait, Dan Campell “Soup for Brains” fired the defensive backs coach. It’s a rumor he went right to the kneecaps with the firing.

How about it was a guy he hired in the first place?

I really expect the Lions secondary to be improved this Sunday! A huge BAHAHAHAHA TO THAT! I am positive I read that a statement from ownership said they believe in this regime. A huge BAHAHAHAHAH AGAIN! I am so tired of this franchise and its ineptitude.

The Lions have traded T.J. Hockenson to division rival Minnesota. What? I have to say only the Lions trade a guy who will haunt them for the next 10 years. I could give a rip about T.J., a total underachiever for a 2019 No. 1 pick. Let’s just say we all know this is a money move as T.J was to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season. The Lions’ new tight end will be Brock Wright. I know, who the heck is he? The idiot Lions receive a 2023 second-round pick and a 2024 third-round pick. The Minnesota Vikings get a couple of fourth round picks in 2023 and one in 2024.
