Scrapbook Crop in March

GOODRICH — St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 7296 S. Gale Rd., will host a Spring Scrapbook Crop from 6-12 p.m., March 9, and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. March 10. Costs are $12 for Friday, $35 for Saturday. Registration includes space, snacks and prizes, plus breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday. There will also be on-site vendors. Coffee with a Rep

GRAND BLANC — State Rep. Tim Sneller (D-Burton) will hold in-district coffee hours allowing residents the opportunity to stop in and have an informal conversation about how to improve state government, or simply to share concerns and ideas. Maple Syrup Making

GOODRICH — The Goodrich Library, 10237 Hegel Rd., will present Maple Syrup Making on March 17 at 2 p.m. Learn the legend of maple syrup, how it is produced and why it’s good for so much more than just pancakes. Sex trafficking presentation

GRAND BLANC TWP. — Faith Lutheran Church, 12534 Holly Rd., will show the film “Chosen” and hold a free presentation on Sex Trafficking March 23, at 7 p.m. Adults and youth are invited to join Kathy Maitland for this event. The film tells the shocking, true story of two all-American teenage girls who were tricked into sex-trafficking. A short presentation will follow the film with a Q&A session. Recommended for ages 13 and up. — P.S.
