Hit and run suspect sought

GRAND BLANC TWP. — Police are looking for a man involved in a hit-and-run in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

A store employee saw a motorist speeding through the lot, 6170 S. Saginaw Road, about 6 p.m. April 5. The driver pulled into a parking spot and the employee told him to slow down. The driver became confrontational and asked the employee what was he going to do about it. The employee said he was calling police.

When the employee attempted to get the license plate number the driver put his car in reverse and struck the vehicle behind him.

The victim’s car was waiting to get serviced.

The employee got the license plate number and called police.

The incident is still under investigation. — Compiled
